Bought Tesla without viewing during lockdown and car was as described. 2nd key not available, but I bought a new one from Tesla and had it programmed and was refunded by Bayer immediately. Also after few days of purchase noted mark on bonnet which was again rectified at their cost, along with some repair to a play in the windscreen wipers. Quick response to all queries by the person I dealt with, v good service indeed and recommend and would use again.
